He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Mick" McDowell and Laura Sprowls McDowell; and his daughter Wendy Novak Ankrom. He is survived by: his wife Wanda J. Dinsmore; his sons, Michael McDowell (Christa) of Washington and Eli Chipps (Traci) of Washington; his siblings, William McDowell of Kansas City, Missouri and Sharon Scott (William) of Washington; his grandchildren, Halee, Alyssa, Elijah, Madison, Ty and Rilie; and his friends, Wilson, S. Timothy Warco, Owner, Supervisor, S. Timothy Warco II, Holly Renay Warco and Park N. Crosier.
