He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Sicchitano and Margaret "Midge" Sicchitano (Behanna). He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Sicchitano (Bovetsky); his son Douglas Sicchitano; and his pet Milo.
In keeping with Duaine's loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to donate life so that others may live. Duaine gave the gift of life to others through organ, tissue, and cornea donation.
