It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Franklin Keefer of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Keefer and Ethel Keefer (Knapp); his wife Effie Keefer (Bordner); and his brothers, Charles, Norman and George.

He is survived by: his children, William F. Keefer (Rose), Dennis E. Keefer (Faith C.) and Susan E. Keefer; his sister Mary Sturm; his grandchildren, Jennifer A. Straub (Joseph), Charity Maurer (Aaron), Sandy Bixler (Jason) and Heather Holloway (Megan Freas); and his great grandchildren, Emma Straub, Alexis Maurer, Madison Maurer, Tanner Bixler and Abigail Bixler.
