She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Wagner and Lenore Pabst Wagner; and her husband William Arthur Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth A. Phillips, Ronald J. Phillips (Bonnie G. White) and Dianne Jenkins (Lloyd); her daughter-in-law Mary A. Phillips; and her son John R. Phillips. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
