He is survived by: his sons, Edward Leroy Riggans, III (Sabrina), Eric Riggans (Susan), Jason Riggans (Kimberly), Christopher Riggans (Amy) and Jacob Riggans (Denise); his siblings, Richard Riggans, Ethel Colbert (late Chuck) and Debra Colbert (Dennis); his grandchildren, Katherine, Ares, Athena, Ryan, Eric Jr., Aiden, Colton, Aidan, Christian and Shaler; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Riley and Liam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
