He was predeceased by: his father William Miller; and his son Eugene Miller, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" (Funk); his sons, Dale Miller (Donna) of Knoxville, TN, Brett Miller of Bartonsville and Darrin Miller of Charlottsville, VA; his daughter-in-law Pamela Miller of Sebring, FL; his grandchildren, Eugene Miller III, Deena Olmstead, Samatha Miller and Mitch Miller; and his great grandchildren, Camille and Darius Olmstead.
