He is survived by: his daughter Lisa A. Fields of Hermitage, PA; his siblings, Joseph L. Fields (Sandra) of Washington, Paul F. Fields of Washington and Stella M. Fields of Washington; his granddaughter LiTasha L. Lacks; and his great grandchildren, Tyvell Richardson, Orion Gamble and LeRoyce Coleman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
