With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Marie Stutzman of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Joshua; her father-in-law Clyde Stutzman; and her siblings, Margaret Steffan (late Elmer), Judith Teets (late Charles), Esther Hannigan (late Thomas), Constance Silbaugh (late Robert), Shirley Grimes, Mary Holler (late Richard), Elmer Grimes, Jr. (late Ruthann), James Grimes and Robert Grimes.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Stutzman; her children, George Layhue (Sue Shipley), Thomas Layhue (Christina Cole), Elmer Layhue (Lynn Rush), Terry Krueger, Karen Lang, Jessie Seighman and Melanie Luft; her grandchildren, Aidan, Katelyn Maley (Daniel), Austin, Elmer Layhue (Scooby), Andrew McCullough, Joey, Cassie Rush, Lindsey Cable, Melissa Lecorchick, Hayley Price, James, Elexious, Izaak Walters, Samara Vazquez, Elliot, Mara and Emily Nelson; her mother-in-law Edna Stutzman; her siblings, Theresa Kraus (late Howard), Barbara Walters (late Sam), Linda Garred (Greg), Gerald Grimes, John Grimes (Peggy) and Christopher Grimes (Sue Sutton); and her sisters-in-law, Lois Grimes and Patty Baum (late Roy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
