It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Louise Lee of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Marianna, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Allen-Smith and Lillian Allen-Smith; and her siblings, Fred Allen, Mary Calloway, Betty Johnson, Nellie Frazier, Thomas Allen, Clifford Allen, Jr. and John Allen.

She is survived by: her husband Edward Lee; her children, Lonnie Nowlin (Olivia) of Washington, PA and Clara Nutt (Pete) of Sharpsburg, MD; her grandchildren, Chantel Ellis, Ryan Tyler, Nicholas Nowlin, David Fisher of Pittsburgh, PA and Zachary Fisher of Rochester, NY; her great grandchildren, Kiely Eakin, Eli Eakin, Malcolm Johnson, Davis Ellis II, Aubrey Tyler, Jayla Tyler, Kingston Tyler, Aloni Tylere and Cairo Tyler; and her great great grandchildren, Zamir Johnson and Kristiana Bennett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
