He is survived by: his significant other Carleen; his children, Doreen Zimak (Don), Linda Dunn (Dave), Denise Levers, Dawn Wade (Allen), Brian Harding, Joshua Levers, Logan Wade (Emily), Jessica Holubeck (Luke) and Donald Zimak (Avery); his great grandchildren, Tripp Levers, Benjamin Holubeck, Madison Holubeck and Vivian Zimak; and his sister Debbie Stiles.
