He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Randolph Scott and Doris Mossburg Scott. He is survived by : his sister Linda Smith of Canonsburg; his caregivers, Jon Celani and Carol Oberst; his siblings, Thomas Scott, Gayle Tutay and Barbara Maggi; and his close friend Lock Hartley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
