It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick William Tarpley of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Windom and Lottie Williams; and his sister Clara Yates. He is survived by: his children, Stephen M. Tarpley of Washington, PA, Rev. Eric W. Tarpley (Tina) of Washington, PA and Maribeth Tarpley of Canonsburg, PA; his siblings, Sarah Turpin (Frank) of New York, Mary Jackson of Uniontown, PA, Delores Griffin of New York and Raymond Williams of Connellsville, PA; his grandsons, Dennis (Garrett) and Bryson Tarpley; and his goddaughters, Rhonda Campbell, Natalie Winfrey and Rayna Anderson. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
