He is survived by: his children, James Coffield (Carol), Gary Chase Jr., Steve Chase, Donna Rudy and Kimberly Szgenda (Dustin Ackley); his brother Federick Chase; his grandchildren, Christina, Aidan, Schea, Deegan, Nicholas and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Dilly and Shayne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
