He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Parker and Veva Jeseph of West Virginia; his siblings, Charles Parker, Clara Riggle and Blanche Orum; the mother of his children Ida R. Parker; his stepchildren, Earl Leroy Klages Jr. and Debra Scott (Klages); and his granddaughter Brandi L. Byers.
He is survived by: his children, Alberta Miller (Steve), Teresa Heyman (Doc Jones) and Jorge Parker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
