She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Sheppard and Celia White Sheppard; her husband Charles Clinton Fleming Sr.; and her siblings, Effie Spinks, Joseph White and Bernard Sheppard.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Fleming Jr., Steven Fleming and Crystal Fleming; her siblings, Shelly Sheppard, Jimmy Sheppard, Mary Jordan, Rosetta Monroe and Pam Carradine; her grandchildren, Jacob Fleming, Ciarra Fleming, Chloe Fleming, Keena Thomas and Xavier Thomas; and her great grandchild Nola Huffman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
