He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Haney Sr. and Margaret Schriver Haney; his daughter Debra Gump; his grandson Adam Clark; and his siblings, Robert Haney, Willard Haney and Betty Jean Grim.

He is survived by: his close friend Paula D. Clark (Jamboree); his children, Barry Clark (Debbie), Doris Bredniak and Rosemarie Noble (Ray); his grandchildren, Brian Noble, Valerie Lowe, Marcia Bell (Jason), Rosetta Eakin, Samantha Lancaster (Andrew), Shianne Jennings (Pat), Michaela Scott and Wyatt Scott; and his nephew Denny Grim. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
