He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Caesber and Ethel Withrow Caesber; and his brothers, Vernon and Emmett Caesber. He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. "Peg" Scott; his son Douglas A. Caesber (Tammy) of Washington; and his grandson Evan Caesber.
