She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Loyal "Bub" Hart and Eula Mae "Betty" Hall Hart; her husband Tom Zeni; her sons, Adam Zeni (Jennifer) of Adamstown and Patrick Zeni (Jennifer) of Fort Mills, SC; her grandchildren, Evan and Addison Zeni; and her sister Janice Blosel (Linn) of Washington.
Upon retirement, she was awarded Citations by both the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and State Senate for her exemplary level of service and lasting contributions to the lives of her students.
