It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Van Pearson Sr. of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Pearson; his mother-in-law Eva Toland Pearson; his wife Chiquita Leann Amos; and his son John Pearson (Tonya). He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Pearson (Kelly), Jarrod Burbank (Jody), Donita Busch, Rhonda Winters and Michelle Burbank (Josh Goldbogen); his grandchildren, Hailey Pearson, Ashley Burbank and Ryan Burbank; and his sisters, Kathleen and Marge. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). The military honors will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301).
