She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley R. Mikuta and Marjorie R. Lawrence Mikuta; her brother Daniel Mikuta; and her brother-in-law Dallas Hess. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Eric Ozelski (Kelly), Alisha Martin (Carl Jason), Dana Hess, Brittany Jacobovitz (Jonathan), Trinity, Marjorie and Ruth Mikuta.
