He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Moschetta and Elizabeth Paoly Moschetta; and his brother John J. Moschetta, Jr. (Barbara). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Jerome A. Moschetta (Mary), Christina M. Pollock (Aaron) and Daniel J. Moschetta; his grandchildren, William, Caroline and Alexander Pollock; and his siblings, Joseph P. Moschetta (Judith), James A. Moschetta (Kathy), Janet Moschetta Bell (John) and Jean M. Winfree (Ben). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center (soft tissue sarcoma research).
