He is survived by: his mother Ella M. Urban Cook; his wife Tracy Poole Cook; his children, Tiffany Cook and Payton Cook; his stepson John Thomas Gibson, Jr.; his siblings, Robin L. Cook Everhart (Donald Sr.) and Max W. Cook (Harriet Marangoni); and his parents-in-law, Gary Poole (Karen) and Sandra Huff (Ben). He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
