It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne A. Frank of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert G. Tiano and Teodolinda Falascino Tiano; and her husband Kenneth Neal Frank. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Marie Frank (Michael Betarie) of Canonsburg and Alesia Anne Leingang (Brian) of Mandeville; and her grandchildren, Mia Elizabeth Leingang and Joselyn Linda Leingang.
