She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayor E. G. "Bud" and Agnes Stover Rowland; her husband Ray Andrews; her siblings, Walter B. Rowland, Ewart G. Rowland, Jr. and Nancy Joswick; and her nephew Richard Joswick.

She is survived by: her sister Kate Palmer (William) of Roseburg, Oregon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a step-daughter-in-law; two step-granddaughters; and three step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the charity of one's choice.
