He was predeceased by: his parents, John Habarka and Alice Cecelia Bolocko Habarka; and his brother Robert Habarka. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Breckons; his sister Regina Matta (late Val) of Mars; his siblings-in-law, Joe Breckons, Jr. (Robin) and Lois Casper (late Albert); his nephew Joe Breckons III (Jennifer); his great-niece Penelope Breckons; and his mother-in-law Lois P. Breckons (late Joe, Sr.).
