He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chupinsky and Mary Rohal Chupinsky. He is survived by: his significant other Eva Petronka; his siblings-in-law, Nick Petronka and Geri Petronka; and his cousins, David Sweda and Philip Sweda. He is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church (601 Boone Ave, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Church (601 Boone Ave, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:35 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church Growth and Development Fund or to a charity of one's choice.
