He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Juracko and Helen Golsky Juracko. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Juracko (Barshick); his children, Mary Beth Kujan (Russell) of Baltimore, MD and John A. Juracko (Heather Smith) of Marianna; and his grandchildren, Aiden Kujan and Penelope Kujan.
