He is survived by: his daughter Anna Lee Bentley (Michael); his siblings, Carol Shettler (Ed) and Walter "Louie" Maximovich (late Anna Marie); his grandchildren, Michael, Marcus and Kendra Bentley; and his great grandchild Michael "MJ" Bentley Jr..
