He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen Polansky and John S. Polansky Sr.; his sister Helen "Cookie" Hundzienski; and his nephew Joseph J. Hundzienski. He is survived by : his wife Merlene Polansky (Pritts); his children, John S. Polansky III and Tara Finfrock (Mark); his grandchildren, Tyler Finfrock, Madison Finfrock, Emmalene Polansky and Elaina Polansky; and his siblings, Barbara Gedmintas and Paul Polansky (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
