He is survived by: his wife Donna Polen; his children, Renee Brown (David) and Benjamin Joseph Polen (Kelly); his grandchildren, Naomi Brown, Chloe Brown, Emily, Jack, Seth and Zeke Polen; and his siblings, Perry Polen (Twila), Tom Polen (Brenda), Judy Fenton (Jay), Patty Catlett (Don), Charles A. Polen and Timothy Polen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
