It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Phillips of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Phillips and Eva Newell Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Earl J. Phillips of Washington, Marcie Efaw (John) of Washington and Jodi Benoit (Kirk) of Mooresville; his sister Marie Phillips Allen of Washington; his grandchildren, Heather Cooper (Steve), Amy Norman (John), Earl J. Phillips II, Brianna Andreoli Phillips, Chelsea Sanders, Kayla Wacker (Donny) and Paige Raley; his great grandchildren, Blake of Mackenzie, JC, Brooke, Eden and Maggie Mae; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Phillips, Jackie Phillips Milligan, Janet Phillips Swalin and Marcia Joetta Chambers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
