It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Maria Harshman of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Quigley and Stella Quigley. She is survived by: her siblings, John Quigley (Jan) of Colorado, Jeff Quigley (Brenda) of Marianna, Joel Quigley (Carolyn) of Marianna and Jolene Cicci of Marianna; and her friend Valarie Visser. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
