She was predeceased by: her husband David L. Flanagan; her grandson Ryan Patrick Flanagan; and her parents, Warren Zimmerman and Georgia Zimmerman (Salsbury). She is survived by: her sister Carol Bell; her children, Scot Flanagan (Sherri) and Kim Hollman (Jason); her grandsons, Tim Flanagan, Brandon Lesko (Amanda) and Ethan Mohr; her great grandchildren, Callie, Cole Flanagan, Braxton, Aiden, Alaina Lesko, Nolan and Maisy Hoffman; her sister Jean Stevens; her granddaughter-in-law Amanda Flanagan Hoffman (Ryan Hoffman); Brittany Hollman. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Homes Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
