She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Finnegan and Margaret Welling Finnegan; her husband Richard Sim; and her siblings, Pete, Harold, Ron, Fred, Reid Finnegan, Leota Hewitt, Evelyn Harrington and Kathy Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Moore of Claysville and David Sim (Angela) of Claysville; her siblings, Gordon Finnegan (Donna) of Warren, OH, Ralph Finnegan (Sue) of Conroe, TX and Wilma Doxator (Bill) of Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Darla Hughey, Georgia Sim (Luke Desmond) and Justin Sim; and her great grandchild Eli Hughey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
