She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Thomas and Marilyn Zink Thomas; her husband Robert "Bob" Creek; her adoptive daughter Val Miller; her brother-in-law Robert Holmes; her sister Cindy Phillips; her nephew Ronne Rush; and her nieces, Christina "Chris", Michelle and Denise.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Harris (Bryan), Kimberly Reedy, Richard "Rick" Creek, Patrick Creek (Ali) and Christopher Creek (Janice); her sisters, Diane Devault and Bonnie Holmes; and her grandchildren, Scott Harris, Eric Gallo, Christopher Creek of Robert, Nyccole Creek, Kaylee Creek, Connor Creek and Tyler McKinney. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
