Kathryn L. Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn L. Smith of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 22, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Farrow and Catherine Hummel Farrow; and her sisters, Sharon Shipton and Beth Barto. She is survived by: her children, Travis W. Smith (Lisa), Meghan Kramer Smith (Ryan), Jared Smith (Anna) and Trevor Smith; and her grandchildren, Austin, Maura, Logan, Ella, Chase, Brady, Foster, Addison, Emily, Annika, Chamberlain and Lily.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made towards the Scholarship Fund or Blue Star Memorial Fund organized by the Martha Washington Garden Club Kathryn was a part of.
