Kathy Rae Bernard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Rae Bernard of Washington, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgene Froelicher and Florencz H. Froelicher; her grandparents, Marguerite Anderson Phillps and William Phillips; and her siblings, Wiliam W. Froelicher, Richard L. Phillips, Barbara Phillips Fanter and Beverly Phillips Houser.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her daughters, Michele M. Rawson Dingman, Lori Ann Rawson Street and Wendy Sue Haylett Roinik; her stepchildren, Stacey Bernard Foran and Dave Bernard; and her sons-in-law, Bob Dingman and Todd Street. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
