He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Jackson Napolitan and Frank J. Buchek. He is survived by: his children, Christopher M. Napolitan (Lisa), Amanda and Kayla Napolitan; his sisters, Judith E. Largent (Ronald), Jody Lynn Gaston (Carl), Patricia R. Slagle (Kevin) and Mischel L. Pruse (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Krista I. Napolitan and Matthew J. Lynch; his aunts, Patricia Wise (John) and Peggy Naser (late Howard); and his siblings' children, Keri Walker (Scott), Shawn Gaston (Kerian), Steven Gaston (Britney), Scott Slagle (Paula), Michael Slagle (Kasia), Mathew Slagle (Kim), Patrick Slagle, Logan Pruse and Madeline Pruse.
