He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lee McIntyre; his siblings, Oliver Curtis McIntyre, Dennis McIntyre (Linda), Donald McIntyre (Beth), Jerry McIntyre (Judy) and Carolyn Mente (Greg); his mother-in-law Ilene Barnes; his stepchildren, Brian Crump (Krista) and Autumn McIntyre (Jordan); and his stepgrandchildren, Domonic, Jase, Isaiah, Elise, Ethan and Ava. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
