Varner Jr. of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth D. Varner, Sr. and Laura Ellen Adams Varner. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Koletsky; his children, Christina O'Patchen (J. J.) and Kenneth D. Varner III; his siblings, Bruce Varner (Sherry), David Varner (Denise), Diane Bova and Laura Ellen Wallace (late Raymond); his grandchildren, Trevor O'Patchen and Taylor O'Patchen; his sisters-in-law, Terry Varner and Lucy Briggs (Eric); and his brother Tom Varner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
