Avery; his son Jesse Shane Avery (Debbie) of Helena, AL; his grandson Bailey Shane Rowles of Washington, PA; his children, Tori Tharp of Washington, PA and Dylan Miller of Waynesburg, PA; his stepchildren, Jaxon Huseman and Ozzy Huseman of Washington, PA; his brothers, Charles and Gregory Avery of Washington, PA; his siblings-in-law, Darlene Ambrose of Canonsburg, PA and David McDonald of Canonsburg, PA; and his siblings, Albert "Buck" Clemons, Carolyn "Tynie" Smith, Barbara "Jean" Franell, Sheron Gatling-Godfrey and Briget E. Avery.
