He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Elish (Philip) of Venetia and Lynn Marie McCoy (Jay) of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Jessica Schulenberg (Robert) of Canonsburg, Joseph Kurnal (Molly) of Canonsburg and Darla Mele (John) of Burgettstown; and his great grandchildren, Blake Schulenberg, Leo Schulenberg, Jemma Schulenberg, Jack Kurnal, Benjamin Kurnal, Mia Rose Mele and John Mele IV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
