She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlington S. Beck and Margaret Schmitt Beck; and her sisters, Arlene Rihs and Merridy Leppert. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Sonson, Jr.; her children, Paul Sonson of Washington, Julie Carpenter (Charles) of Washington and Joyce Schuler (Mark) of Washington; her sister Karen Legler (John) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Drew Carpenter, Jason Carpenter, Rachel Wood and Krista Schuler. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hummell and Jones Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hummell & Jones Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301).
