She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rowley and Martha Rowley (Little); and her siblings, Ray, George, Daniel, Robert Rowley and Florence L. Svoboda (Rowley).
She is survived by: her husband Wesley C. Gill of Washington Township. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Elaine's memory to the Community Church of Pine Run EMC 190 Pine Run Church Rd. Apollo, PA 15613.
