In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Loraine had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Loraine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sutton and Ruby Sutton; her husband Sgt. Major Albert Johnson; and her brothers, Charles Sutton of Maryland, Willie, Lenell and Robert.
She is survived by: her son Albert Anthony Johnson of Washington; and her sisters, Evon Williams of Maryland and Deborah Tucker of Maryland.
A reception will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Washington High School (4 grade point).
