She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Kokoska and Annette Vivashik Kokoska; her children, Louis Sallar, Jr., Patricia Phillips, Carol Beuten (David) and Lisa Johns; her siblings, Richard Kokoska (Sharyl), Barbara Swanson and Donna Cenkner; her grandchildren, Tina, Jason, Jonathan, Brandon, Paige and Leonard; her great grandchildren, Chandler and Alexis; her close friends, Jim Broderick and Judy Cage; and her brothers, Louis, Carl and Floyd Kokoska. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
