She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell B. Pettit and Gwendola Olive Pettit (Penn); her former husband Frederick L. Walker; her husband John "Andy" Gallagher; her son Bryan D. Walker; and her stepson John Gallagher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Ellen Roney of Avella and Sue Ware (Jeffrey) of Houston, Pennsylvania; her stepson Jeff Gallagher (Jodi) of Washington; her siblings, Howard Pettit, Kenneth Pettit and Martha Jean Herrod; and her son-in-law Jim Roney. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
