He was predeceased by: his wife Janice L. Bright (Watters); and his parents, Lucien Bright and Gertrude Bright (Brock). He is survived by: his children, Missy Andrews (late Ray), Cathy Buck (Jeff) and Lucien Bright (Dana); his grandchildren, Michael Andrews (Jessica Ritchey), Jennifer Eldred (Bratche), Matthew Andrews (Mindi), Corey and Hannah Buck; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Noah, Ella, Zayne, Zeke, Maddox Andrews and Lorelei Eldred.
His contributions to the community did not go unnoticed; he was honored as "Citizen of the Year" by Mayor Sonny Spossey, a testament to his tireless dedication.
