He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Watkins Flemister; and his son Alexander Scott Hankins. He is survived by: his father Gregory Hankins (Sherry Chandler); his close friend Kristin Devereux; his sons, Mason Adam Hankins and Benjamin David Hankins; the mother of his children Melissa Kalich Hankins; his stepchildren, J. J. Neill and Alaina Neill; his siblings, Jason Young, Scott Hankins (Jordan), Adam Hankins, Amanda Hankins, Dayton Hankins, DeKarra Flemister, DeKayla Flemister and Ken of Washington; and his stepmother Marci Young. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and many extended family and friends.
