He is survived by : his parents, Thomas D. Rizor and Stephanie L. "Stevie" Lacock Rizor of Washington; his aunts, Barbara Lacock of Washington, Nardis Hardie of Washington and Gwen Hampe of Albuquerque, NM; his cousin Brian Lacock (Renea, family: Rick Hardie); his close friend Robert Bristor (Dena); and his uncles, Richard Lacock, Richard Hardie and Lonnie Hampe.
